#CCP Centre culinaire Panafricain

Situé au carrefour de l’Afrique, à Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire), le centre culinaire panafricain, est le 1er programme d’actions de la Pan-African Food Foundation. Espace de 1200 m2 dédié à la création, à la formation et à la transmission des cuisines d’Afrique et de sa diaspora, le centre culinaire panafricaine, proposera principalement aux jeunes et aux femmes, des formations culinaires courtes qualifiantes, contribuant ainsi à leur (ré-)insertion sociale et professionnelle. Encadrée par les meilleurs chefs panafricains, le programme poursuit un triple objectif : autonomiser les jeunes et les femmes, lutter contre le chômage des jeunes et par là même, contre les phénomènes migratoires irréguliers…

Sitting at the crossroads of Africa, in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire), the Pan-African culinary center, is the 1st Pan-African Food Foundation actions programme. This 1200 m2 surface area is fully dedicated to food creation, transmission, promotion & innovation regarding Africa and its diaspora. The Pan-African culinary center will mainly provide to youth & women, short culinary vocational training, thus contributing to their professional & social (re-)integration. Supervised by the best Pan-African Chefs, this program pursues a three-fold objective : empowering youth & women, fighting youth unemployment & illegal migratory phenomena.

Les inscriptions aux formations dispensées par le Centre culinaire panafricain sont ouvertes. Les formations professionnelles sont les suivantes :

• Cuisine (2 groupes de 12 places);

• Pâtisserie/chocolaterie (2 groupes de 12 places);

• Boulangerie (2 groupes de 12 places); et

• Service (2 groupes 12 places).

Vous souhaitez suivre une formation professionnelle qualifiante d'une durée de 6 mois, gratuite et rémunérée 50 000 FCFA par mois, merci de remplir le questionnaire suivant.

Pan-African culinary center vocational trainings (cooking, pastry/chocolate, bakery & service) registrations are open. The culinary trainings are the following :
