Fondée par Karmelle BIYOT, Pan-African Food Foundation, est une association basée en France qui a à coeur le développement économique et sociale de l'Afrique et de sa diaspora. A travers des actions concrètes réunies sous des programmes, Karmelle & Loïc Dablé Foundation souhaite contribuer significativement à la lutte contre le chômage des jeunes et des femmes en Afrique, plus particulièrement et contre les migrations irrégulières, au moyen de la promotion de la cuisine africaine.  

Pan-African Food Foundation, was founded by Karmelle BIYOT. This French based NPO is committed to the economic & social development of Africa & its diaspora. Through concrete actions, that are gathered into programs, Pan-African Food Foundation aims at contributing to the fight against the youth and women unemployment and against irregular migration, using African food empowerment.
